These terms apply when you create a CoinsFlow account or use the CoinsFlow Payments API, dashboard, hosted payment pages or explorer (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.
1. What CoinsFlow does
CoinsFlow lets merchants accept payments in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, BNB, TRX, USDT and USDC. We issue a payment address for each invoice, watch the blockchain, credit confirmed payments to your balance, and let you withdraw your balance to an address you choose. We run our own blockchain nodes; we do not use a third party to detect payments.
While funds are in your CoinsFlow balance, we hold them for you in wallets we control. Your balance is recorded in a double-entry ledger that is checked continuously.
2. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
- Turn on two-factor authentication. Withdrawing over the API is only possible with it on and with an IP allowlist on the key.
- Tell us immediately through support if you believe your account or a key has been compromised. You can rotate keys and sign out all sessions from the dashboard at any time.
3. Fees
- Service fee: a percentage of each payment you receive, shown in your dashboard (0.5% unless agreed otherwise). It is deducted when the payment is credited. Each invoice keeps the fee in force when it was created.
- Withdrawal fee: quoted in the withdrawn asset before you confirm, and taken from your balance on top of the amount you send. We pay the actual network fee.
- We may change fees with notice in the dashboard. Changes apply to invoices and withdrawals created afterwards.
- Customers pay their own network fee when paying an invoice.
4. Payments and confirmations
- A payment counts when it reaches the number of confirmations shown on the invoice, and becomes withdrawable at the network's final depth (see the API documentation for the numbers).
- If a blockchain reorganisation removes a payment we had credited, we reverse the credit. If it was already withdrawn, your balance may go negative until the payment is re-mined or you make it good.
- Payments sent on the wrong network or in an unsupported token may not be recoverable. Where we can recover them, we may charge the cost of doing so.
5. Withdrawals
- You can withdraw your settled balance to any valid address on the same network. Check the address: blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an address you gave us.
- Withdrawals above your daily limit are reviewed before they are sent. We may delay, refuse or cancel a withdrawal to comply with law, to protect you or us from fraud, or when a network is unsafe to use. A withdrawal that fails is refunded to your balance.
- Minimum amounts apply and are shown before you confirm.
6. What you may not do
- Use the Service for anything illegal where you or your customers are, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Resell access to the API as your own payment service without our written agreement.
We may ask for information about you, your business and your customers to meet our legal obligations. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud; suspension stops new invoices and API access but does not take your balance.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running at all times and publish its state at /status. Blockchains, nodes and networks sometimes slow down or stop; when a network is unavailable we pause new invoices on it rather than risk missing payments. We are not liable for delays caused by blockchain networks.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the price of any cryptocurrency changing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service at any time; withdraw your balance first. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break these terms. Either way, we will let you withdraw your remaining balance unless the law prevents it.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will say so in the dashboard, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. The governing law and courts will be stated here once our legal review is complete.
